Two outstanding scientists from the early 19th century. Since their youth, they were only interested in science. Each of them had a different field of interest, which complemented each other perfectly. Years of experiments in their shared laboratory not only brought them great fame in the scientific community but also significant wealth.
Frank - driven by a thirst for power over life and death, a pioneer of transplantation, he never settled for creating ordinary inventions or traditional research. His hunger for power led him to experiments aimed at reviving dead tissues. Due to his unbridled ambition, during one of his attempts, he decided to sacrifice everything for science, even his own life.
Stein - a brilliant inventor, always in the shadow of his brother. On one hand, he fascinated with his creativity, on the other hand, he caused concern with his unpredictable behavior and lack of inhibitions. The sole partner of Frank, the sole heir of his knowledge, the only person who knows what happened to Frank.
After long months of solitary work and various experiments, Stein completely lost his way, which is why he placed advertisements on the front pages of the most popular newspapers, hoping to find volunteers who would help him reverse the terrible outcome of Frank's experiment.

Een weekje Polen met 27 kamers, wat wil je nog meer!
Dit was de 4e kamer van de 6e dag, de 24e kamer dus.
De ontvangst was oke. Het was een hele kleine ruimte waar toevallig ook net een andere groep ontvangen werd. Tja, dat is gewoon lastig. De host was hartelijk, had wel een bepaald niet fris geurtje, maar dat is wel vaker hier in Polen. Het gaat uiteindelijk gelukkig voornamelijk om de kamer, waar we in thema heen begeleid werden.
Het verhaal was leuk en ontwikkelde zich goed in de kamer. Prima, niet spannend en wellicht wat je er (in grote lijnen) van verwacht.
De puzzels waren leuk, maar niet bijzonder goed. Soms heel vaag, soms te simpel en niet altijd duidelijk. Soms was er erg veel ruis doordat niet duidelijk werd wat lineair/parallel was, als je hem speelt denk ik dat je deze uitleg wel snapt. Tja waar ze dan in Polen om bekend staan was dit dan toch niet de puzzelervaring die je verwacht van Polen. Desalniettemin waren het prima puzzels voor een uurtje.
De beleving was prima. Leuk decor met een aantal toffe details. Een niet prominent aanwezige gamehost zorgt ervoor dat we heerlijk hebben kunnen lachen.
Tja je hoeft hem echt niet te laten want dit is echt een prima kamer. Ik denk alleen wel dat er misschien beter kamers in de regio zijn, dus een ontdekking naar nieuwe kamers is zeker niet mis. Alsnog, Wojtek bedankt voor de aanbeveling!

"De carnavalsvereniging zal wel trots op ze zijn"
Sopot ligt tegen Gdansk aan. Questrooms ligt aan een doorgaande weg, je kan parkeren in de straat ernaast.
De entree is... bijzonder. Het is een ontzettende rotzooi, het is klein, een wachtruimte is er niet echt, er staan wat bankjes in de gang. Een toilet is er wel. Volgens de website zijn hier vijf kamers, geen idee waar ze ze laten, maargoed. Ben benieuwd wat het gaat worden met deze (nieuwe) kamer.
We krijgen een krantenartikel en mogen naar boven lopen als we weten wat ons te doen staat. Daar worden we ontvangen door Frank (of Stein, ik weet niet niet meer) en de kamer in gestuurd. Later hebben we nog een grappig stukje acteerwerk van Frank in de kamer.
Kamer is niet groot, afwerking is (zoals de staat van het gebouw) matig en gammel. De boel heeft een hoog piepschuim/plastic/papiermarché gehalte. Eén element is wel heel erg tof, en dat deel is wel heel mooi afgewerkt.
Door een resetfoutje een klein haperingetje in de flow, maar verder een lekkere afwisselende puzzelkamer met een niet al te ingewikkeld verhaal.
Als je in de buurt bent is deze kamer wel de moeite waard.
