Compacte maar leuke kamer

#11 Onze eerste kamer in het buitenland was The Gangster's Hideout. Na vele mooie bezienswaardigheden en outdoor activiteiten in Nieuw Zeeland kwamen we een flyer tegen van The Emporium en hebben we gereserveerd. We wisten niet wat we van een escape room in Nieuw Zeeland konden verwachten en stelden ons voor de schappelijke prijs (volgens mij 35 euro destijds) in op een leuk puzzel uurtje.

Na een vriendelijk ontvangst werden we naar de kamer gebracht die zich bevindt in een zeecontainer. Je moet hier dus geen uitgebreide kamer of technische hoogstandjes verwachten, maar aan de binnenzijde was de kamer thematisch heel leuk aangekleed. Wat ik mij er nu nog van herinner is vooral deze aankleding, de puzzels in thema en het originele einde.
Met de afspraak dat we alle gevonden codes ook in het Engels hardop zouden zeggen voor de gamemaster, verliep het spel soepel en hebben we leuk gepuzzeld. Het was voor ons een leuk tussendoortje op deze mooie reis!

Compacte kamer in een zeecontainer, maar opzich leuk gedaan.
