An enigmatic and ominous letter has arrived at the Vatican's doorstep from the monastery of Santa Maria Madre Immacolata.
The letter, written by an unknown hand, speaks of indescribable terror and profane acts within the monastery's walls, casting a dark shadow over the very fabric of faith.
Hidden within the letter was the following message:
GOD HAS FORSAKEN THIS PLACE, HELL SEEMS LIKE A DREAM NOW
HELP ME...
By the order of Father Francis, a select group of esteemed Vatican theologians are summoned to travel to the remote monastery of Santa Maria Madre Immacolata in the depths of Italy to unravel the case.
Their only weapons: The sacred symbols of their office and their unwavering faith in the Lord.
