You think that's all nonsense and escaping can't be that hard? You could not be more wrong! The magical chamber of the magician contains numerous secrets, all well hidden and difficult to solve - a truly magical escape game!
The old pendulum clock on the wall ticks relentlessly, and the pointer advances further and further – here 60 minutes means nothing and is hardly enough time to solve the puzzles and find the way out of the magical dilemma and magical chamber of the magician. The room appears smaller and more mysterious each time. Darkly paneled walls and a gloomy and enchanted atmosphere add to the growing panic among the nervous players.
A single person would be hopelessly lost in this cursed Escape Game and would have no way of finding a way out within the given time. Only with some magical talent and when working together, can the dark mystery of the gloomy chamber and of the conjurer be solved.
You will encounter mysterious signs, dark incantations and mystical puzzles. Only with magical delicacy, magical senses, the genius of a real sorcerer, and the intuition of a great magician, can you come out of the room. You've always wanted to swing the magic wand yourself and would like to conjure things up, solve puzzles and escape sheer impossible situations like Harry Potter at Hogwarts? As the description of the room states, this room apparently has already driven more than one person into despair, in my experience this was the case literally, as the experience was not really enjoyable. I have played many school of magic/Harry Potter themed rooms and this was the weakest I have ever encountered. The magic is completely missing from this room. The setting is not particularly well-achieved and there is not much magic involved in the puzzles. The real bummer was though to find a room with a deffect puzzle in it, which was lying there and was covered in red/white tape. If that was not enough, the room had several rests from riddles that apparently once belonged to the room and now do not anymore, so they decided to keep it either of lazyness or because they thought "red herrings" are a good idea. On top of that they mentioned not to touch something, which I was expecting to be more spectacular and at the end it was equally disappointing. Last but not least, some mechanisms barely worked, which was just the final drop of a rather unsatisfying game. The only thing I can say in favour of the room is that we played at 2 in the morning after a long day of playing and this certainly did not help. A bad room at the end of a long day easily turns into a nightmare. Honestly, I cannot really recommend this room.

Eenvoudige basiskamer
Het ontvangst in deze kamer was ok. Vriendelijk, kort en bondig.
De kamer op zich was voor mij een middenmootje. Rond het thema kan je tal van creatieve en surrealistische puzzels aanbieden en zo zaten er wel enkele in, maar algemeen genomen bleef het toch wat gewoontjes. De illusie kwam dus niet. De puzzels op zich waren van gemiddeld niveau.
Qua beleving ook heel wat gemiste kansen. Zo leek het decor eerder op een simpele woonkamer van een oma dan op de vertrekken van een magiër. De "ontmoeting" die de game master ons vooraf aankondigde, was een enorme anticlimax. Als iets aangekondigd wordt, verhoogt dat de verwachtingen. Als die verwachtingen dan niet ingewilligd worden dan is dat een dikke tegenvaller.
Op zich een ok kamer om als opvuller in te plannen tijdens een escape trip (zo hebben wij het gedaan) maar met de vele topkamers die Berlijn rijk is, kan je deze eigenlijk gerust links laten liggen.
