Welcome to Madam Bonbon's chocolate shop! You step into a cute little chocolate shop here. But appearances can be deceiving. Actually, an extremely addictive chocolate recipe has been secretly made here for a century and a half. Even the Colombian mafia has been looking for this recipe for ages. Unfortunately, Madam Bonbon, being the only recipe holder, has forgotten the recipe. She does know that she hid it somewhere in her shop. The Colombian mafia also found this out recently... Vandaag stond deze op het programma. Een aantal puzzels/ideeën kennen we vanuit een andere escape room die werd afgebroken in Gent. Met iets meer dan 10 min over konden we de kamer verlaten.

Snoepjes
Een gezellige namiddag doorgebracht met het oplossen van puzzels in het snoepwinkeltje. Als je al ervaring hebt met escape rooms, zul je enkele herkenbare elementen tegenkomen. Het is een leuke manier om een uurtje te ontspannen. We kwamen vlotjes buiten, met nog een tiental minuten op de klok.

Leuke kamer, leuk thema maar slechte begeleiding
De kamer was heel leuk en zeer thematisch. Wat jammer is aan deze escaperoom is dat de begeleider je niet hoort en enkel ziet. Er is een tipbordje voor als je een tip wil maar op verschillende keren hebben we het bordje getoond en geen tip gekregen. Vermoedelijk werkte de camera's dus ook niet goed. Op een bepaald moment (tegen het einde van het spel) zaten we echt vast maar kregen we enkel tips die we al wisten. Dit omdat de spelbegeleider ons niet kon horen en dus ook niet wist wat wij al wisten. Dit vonden we heel jammer. We kregen na de kamer gespeeld te hebben ook het gevoel dat we snel weg moesten. Geen uitleg, geen aanbod voor een drankje. De begeleider kwam nogal zenuwachtig over.
