De winter is gekomen, de muur is gevallen en het leger van de doden dat alles op zijn pad vernietigt, nadert het rijk van de mensen.

Terwijl alle koninkrijken zich verenigen voor een laatste stand tegen het leger van de doden, verzamelt onze grote heer zijn meest waardige krijgers om hen noordwaarts te sturen, voorbij de muur, door de landen van de wilden, naar het hart van het rijk der doden. Een plek waar geen levende man ooit voet heeft gezet en waarvan velen niet eens geloven dat die bestaat – de troonzaal van de IJskoning.

Kamer 600!!

Sofia Trip – Kamer 28/38

Jubileum: mijn 600ste escape room is een feit. We gaan proberen de ijzeren troon van de ijskoning te vinden. De ontvangst is hartelijk en na een korte introductie mogen we de kamer is. Het geheel is mooi ingekleed en je herkent duidelijk het thema in de ruimte. Diegenen die de reeks “Game of Thrones” gezien hebben, kunnen hun hartje hier zeker ophalen. De puzzels an sich zijn best leuk, maar ik mis wat samenhang en verhaal in het geheel en da’s wel jammer. Hoewel we met slechts drie personen zijn, staat er geregeld iemand voor spek en bonen bij. Bepaalde puzzels zijn helaas gemaakt voor maximum twee personen. Dat haalt om één of andere reden de flow helemaal uit de kamer, aangezien je je soms gewoon meer toeschouwer dan deelnemer voelt. Zonder al te veel moeite ontsnappen we met nog een dikke 28 minuten op de teller. Toch wat te gemakkelijk voor een 75 minuten kamer…

Conclusie: leuke puzzelkamer, maar ik zou maximum twee personen aanraden.
