Vienna in the year 1880. Sinister things happen at Vienna’s state opera house. Stage backdrops go missing, silent whispers roam the halls and there are rumors among the cloakroom staff that there are gloomy shadows wandering behind the scenes.
In an attempt to dispel the gossip, the director of the opera invites to the biggest premier in the opera’s history tonight. Emperor Franz Joseph and his wife empress Elisabeth (Sisi) are about to arrive as well. Only one more hour until the start of the show, when suddenly news spread that Sophie – the star of tonight’s premiere – has gone missing. This important night will decide the fate of the opera and must not be canceled. Only you, the members of the royal secret service, can unravel the occurrences of tonight, face the mysterious shadow and save the opera house from ruin.

Dan ben je in Wenen, eens in een minimale samenstelling van twee in plaats van de nomrale 4 of 5.
En dan regent het pijpenstelen. Wat zou e dan kunnen doen?
Puzzelen, tv kijken? Echt niet!! Op naar een escaperoom
We vonden First Escape en ze hadden twee uur later plek bij 'de opera' in het Engels.
De aankleding van de ontvangst is classy, chesterfields en attributen en de gamehost legt de instructies uit in plat oostenrijks, duits of Engels.
De opera is wat ons betreft een kamer een beetje tussen beginner en gemiddeld in. De aankleding is leuk gedaan en prima voor een bezoek in wenen natuurlijk, want een pyramide thema kan overal worden gedaan maar deze voelt lokaal.
De gamehost had 4 kamers onder controle, mede doordat het meeste met sensors werkt, magneten, licht, geluid, alles zit erin. Verwacht geen sloten en sleutels, maar wel wat zoek en combineerwerk.
Met zijn tweetjes prima te doen en net kunnen ontsnappen, we hadden op het laatst 2 mega hints nodig, ze wilden ons er graag doorheen helpen. Is wat betreft ons prima hoor.
De andere twee kamers hebben we nog niet gedan, beetje lastig met twee, maar wie weet.. blijft het regenen, dan moeten we wat toch?
