Great room almost ruined by terrible operator

The room ambiance and look was top notch, hands down. There were a few wow factors we'll remember from the room. The puzzles were a bit lacking, they felt too similer and overly tedious to finish even when the solution is discovered, actually doing it is a drag and long, at times needing to restart when theres a mistake. The beginning of the room was also amazing. Unfortunately, we didn't finish the room, with the operator skipping the ending entirly. This could have been avoided since we asked for help during the room a dozen times at least and we were ignored almost all of these times. The ending which we would have seen and experienced in 5 extra minutes or so wouldnt have been skipped if the operator helped when askes, or when actually needed. As a veteran of over 300 rooms, and as an escape room operator myself, I always say a bad room can't become good with a good operator, but a bad operator can ruin a good room. Unfortunately we had a bad operator that left us a bad taste for an otherwise amazing room.
