So this is “The Ring” escape room, which is BOOKABLE now!
At the same time, we created a new location: Mystiqueroom 2 – 1136 Budapest, Tátra utca 4. It is only 200 meters from our existing address. “The Ring” escape room is located at our NEW LOCATION!
Since the fall of the Dark Lord, the hoard of the Dwarves of the “Lonely Mountain” started to grow again. Sadly, the Drakes of the north have taken notice. The greatest of them, Hadrac the ice-fanged, landed on the mountaintop. Luckily the Dwarves managed to hide their most valuable jewel, sometimes known as “the heart of the mountain” from the dragon. It falls on you to plan a route for the armies of the free people to the “Lonely Mountain”, that avoids the notice of the dragon. Help slaying the dragon, and rescuing the heart of the mountain!
You’ll need to work together to solve mysteries, find hidden relics, infiltrate secret vaults! It’s unlike anything you’ve ever done before. In this game, you will find high stairs, ladders, etc, so some good condition is required. All children under 13 must play with adult supervision.

Je hoeft de films niet persee gezien te hebben om de escape te spelen
Leuke kamer met een leuk concept
Enige grote minpunt is dat je heel snel kan escape door te gokken zonder puzzels op te lossen

Als fan van the Lord of the Rings kon deze kamer natuurlijk niet ontbreken als wij in Boedapest zouden gaan escapen. Vol nieuwsgierigheid stappen we de kamer in om ons onder te dompelen in de wereld van de Hobbits en andere wezens. In het begin is het even orienteren omdat de kamer compleet anders is dan we vooraf hadden verwacht. De bedoeling is dat je een bordspel gaat spelen in het midden van de kamer maar je kan deze pas spelen door de puzzels op te lossen in de kamer. Alleen na het oplossen van de puzzels weet je hoeveel stappen een specifiek figuur in het bordspel moet zetten. Los je de puzzels goed op dan zullen de stappen op het bordspel je verder brengen in de escaperoom. De uitvoering van deze kamer was erg origineel en heeft ons goed bezig gehouden. Het is geen traditionele escaperoom en ik kan mij voorstellen als je niets met het thema hebt dat de kamer ook een tegenvaller is. In ons geval hebben we er van genoten en zouden we deze als fan toch wel aanraden.
