The experience was not smooth...

Initially, they recorded the wrong number. We sent the correct one three days ahead, but received no response. Our experience felt rushed as a result. They even mentioned removing a puzzle because we started later than expected. Additionally, some puzzles in the escape room malfunctioned, causing delays. Communication via the radio was also poor. Due to the time they deducted and the broken puzzles, we couldn't complete the escape.

Overall, it was a frustrating experience that left us with a bad impression. I wouldn't recommend it.
