Fun "Experience"
I would call this more of an "experience" than a classic escape room. It was super fun, with some ridiculous plot twists and interactions. Very atmospheric set with a lot of special effects and love invested in technology and immersiveness. The puzzles were all quite simple, so you need to just sit back and enjoy the scenery and insane ride as they take you through the story!
The actor in our game was super charming and fantastic at staying in character.

Just AMAZING! You MUST play this game!
I own an escape room in the USA, and have played around 80 escape rooms, including many of the "best" in the world. This is easily one of the best games overall. In the top 5. It is clear in every single detail how much love the owner invested in creating this experience. The puzzles are fun, the story evolves throughout the game, and the set is one of the most immersive and ingenious designs I have ever encountered. Honestly, after thinking about it for several hours, i'm still not sure how they made the whole thing work. If you love escape rooms and are anywhere within a 2 hour drive, this is absolutely worth the effort!

Packed with Puzzles and Joy!
Flew from Boston to play games in The Netherlands, and drove 90 minutes from Amsterdam just to play these 3 games. AND IT WAS WORTH EVERY SECOND!
My partner and I have played 90 games around the world, including many of the top-rated games, and all 3 of these games are in my top 10 [games are all so different i have no ranking within the top 10... they're all just fantastic]. (we also own an escape room, so we are very selective in our enthusiasm!)
There is a trend in escape rooms to make them more into "experiences" and with fewer puzzles, which is a pity for me as I so much prefer an escape game with great puzzles.
The puzzles in De Concierge were in our sweet spot for being really novel and clever and engaging. The first room, in particular, had something to solve on every inch, and a truly beautiful set. i'm so happy we played all 3 games on our trip to Kamer 237!

AMAZING - Harry Potter meets lost luggage, with top notch puzzles!

Not only do all 3 of the games here have great puzzles, but they also have very clever set design, fabulous "wow" moments, and a ton of love in every detail. If I *had* to choose a favorite, it would probably be Lost and Found... it has a "Harry Potter" vibe to the set design, and a few puzzles I especially enjoyed. Lots of running back-and-forth between rooms to find information that you saw previously. And just SO MUCH LOVE in all the details of the set design and creation. It is just so atmospheric.
Our game hosts were both super-friendly, and the owner replied very quickly when I made a request to adjust the timing.
Thank you Stephan, for creating such wonderful memories for us. You have truly inspired me to put even more love into the next game we are designing!

Will never forget this awesome game!

This set design has one of the most delightful and well-executed interactions with a set that I have ever had. Overall the design is just so clever and therefore delightful.
Tons of love in every detail of this game. There is one puzzle I did which was a bit involved and I felt that I was missing out on other fun in the room (I hate to miss anything, so usually I prefer to play with just my partner), but it was still a solid puzzle, and overall the puzzles were superb.
If you love escape rooms, play all 3 of the games here!

Super Fun!
This is more of an "experience" than what I think of as a classic escape room.... it has some very fun puzzles, but nothing too challenging.
But the set is magical: HUGE and beautifully created, and with very clever twists and tons of amazing technology. Really so many effects, and so much technology!! The time just flew by running around the vast space, and by the end I wasn't exactly sure where I was and where I started from!
The friends we invited who only played a couple games before were BLOWN AWAY! I think anyone of any age (who is able to run and climb a little bit) will love this.
The staff here were perhaps the friendliest we interacted with on our whole trip. Suus helped us get our car out after we accidentally got locked into the parking lot next door! She was so kind and generous about it! [we were late, and google took us to the address next door,... if this happens to you, *do not park behind any gates that can be locked*!!].
The waiting area is amazing. I wished we had time to spend 2-3 hours just playing with all the fun activities here: air hockey, pool, table tennis, video games.... and drinks and snacks. I also wished we had time for their other games, but we will just have to make another trip to The Netherlands from Boston!
